Our process is highly automated and efficient, so please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once your order gets sent to our warehouse, it's difficult to make changes. We ship US ground orders via FedEx Smart Post. Transit time is 3-6 days. We also offer UPS 2nd business day and UPS next business day service within the continental US. We will email you with your tracking number once your order ships. Please note that Milk Nursingwear cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur with third party shippers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx.
We gladly ship to international destinations via USPS priority mail international. International customers are responsible for paying all local duties and taxes. Milk Nursingwear is not responsible for customs processes that may delay the delivery of your package beyond the typical timeframe of 14 days. When selecting your shipping option at checkout, please be sure to select the correct country that you are shipping to so that there is not a delay in processing your order. We ship overseas with reliable shipping services of USPS International Priority Mail and Fedex International Economy. Occasionally there are delays in transit. Milk Nursingwear cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur with third party shippers such as USPS and FedEx. We regret that we are not able to offer free shipping on exchanges outside of the U.S.

For UPS 2nd business day service within the continental US only, add $12 to the regular shipping fee.
For UPS next business day service within the continental US only, add $19 to the regular shipping fee.
We want you to love your purchases from Milk. If you wish to return something, simply mail back unworn, unwashed, clean items to us, in their original packaging with tags attached, within 60 days for a full refund (excluding your original shipping charge). Please include the completed return/exchange form as well. No advance return authorization is required. We will credit your credit card from the original purchase, minus your original shipping fees. Please allow up to 14 days from the time your return is received, to process your refund. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping charges to send the items back to us. Occasionally we offer items marked as "Final Sale / No Returns or Exchanges" at deep discounts on our website. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note the following:
If you would like to exchange an item(s) that you purchased for a different size or style, we will be happy to send the new item(s) out to you FREE of additional shipping charge, within the U.S. only. However you are responsible for paying the postage to ship the original item(s) back to us. Please indicate on your return/exchange form what items you would like to exchange and for what. Please allow up to 5 days from the time your exchange is received, to process it and ship out your new item(s). If you need your items sooner, please indicate so on the return form, and we will do our best!
International customers please note that free shipping on exchanges only applies to orders being shipped to U.S. addresses. We regret that we cannot ship out exchanges free of shipping charges outside of the U.S.

If you need to cancel your order once placed, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We process and ship orders very fast (!), so if your order has already shipped you will be responsible for mailing it back to us as a return. Please note that we charge sales tax in the states of Georgia and Ohio.

We do not offer gift wrap or gift packaging at this time, but stay tuned as we will may add this feature soon. However if you are purchasing an item as a gift, you have the option of shipping it directly to the recipient, or shipping it to yourself. If you choose to ship directly to the recipient, you can enter a personalized gift message at checkout. There is a box that will prompt you for your message. Rest assured that we do not print prices on our packing slips so the recipient will not see the price.
