We know that you want to receive your order fast! In most cases, orders placed by 1pm EST ship out the same day. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Toledo, Ohio. We offer ground service within the US and UPS 2nd business day and UPS next business day service within the continental US. Transit time for ground service within the continental US is 2-4 business days. We will email you with your tracking number once your order ships.
International shipping:
We gladly ship to international destinations via USPS priority mail international. International customers are responsible for paying all local duties and taxes. Milk Nursingwear is not responsible for customs processes that may delay the delivery of your package beyond the typical timeframe of 14 days. When selecting your shipping option at checkout, please be sure to select the correct country that you are shipping to so that there is not a delay in processing your order. We regret that we are not able to offer free shipping on exchanges outside of the U.S.
Shipping fees are as follows:
For UPS 2nd business day service within the continental US only, add $12 to the regular shipping fee.
For UPS next business day service within the continental US only, add $19 to the regular shipping fee.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you wish to return something, simply mail back unworn, unwashed, items to us within 60 days for a full refund (excluding your original shipping charge). No advance return authorization is required. We will credit your credit card from the original purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping charges to return the items back to us.
If you would like to exchange an item(s) that you purchased for a different size or style, we will be happy to send the new item(s) out to you FREE of additional shipping charge, within the U.S. only. Simply indicate on your return/exchange form what items you would like to exchange and for what.
International customers please take note that free shipping on exchanges only applies to orders being shipped to U.S. addresses. We regret that we cannot ship out exchanges free of shipping charges outside of the U.S.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You may place your order online easily and conveniently 24/7. Your credit card will be charged at the time of order placement and we will ship your order, in most cases, within one business day.
We process orders very fast so if you have any changes to your order once it has been placed, please email us immediately at help@milknursingwear.com and / or call us at 888-344-MILK (6455). We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been placed, so please double check your order details before submitting it.
If you need to cancel your order once placed, please contact us immediately at help@milknursingwear.com. We process and ship orders very fast (!), so if your order has already shipped you will be responsible for mailing it back to us as a return. Please note that we charge sales tax in the states of Georgia and Ohio.

We do not offer gift wrap or gift packaging at this time, but stay tuned as we will may add this feature soon. However if you are purchasing an item as a gift, you have the option of shipping it directly to the recipient, or shipping it to yourself. If you choose to ship directly to the recipient, you can enter a personalized gift message at checkout. There is a box that will prompt you for your message. Rest assured that we do not print prices on our packing slips so the recipient will not see the price.
