I am purchasing a gift and do not want the price to display on the packing slip. What do I do?
We never print prices on our packing lists, so there is nothing to worry about.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, for $5.99 we will gladly package your gift in a Milk Nursingwear gift bag and print your personal message on an enclosed gift card. Simply add the gift bag to your shopping cart and enter your gift message when prompted. Another option, which is free of charge, is to include a personal gift message that we will print on the packing slip. You will be prompted to write your gift message at checkout.
Do you sell Milk Nursingwear Gift Cards?
Yes we do, and they are a very popular gift item. Our gift cards are electronic and will be delivered to the recipient via email within ten minutes post purchase. How quickly will you ship my order?
If the item/s that you ordered are in stock, all orders placed by 1pm EST, Monday - Friday, will ship the same day. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
If I exchange an item that I purchased for an item that costs more than the original one, how do I pay the difference?
No problem. With your approval we will simply charge the difference in price to the credit card you used to pay for the original order. If you paid via Paypal, we will send you a Paypal invoice.
I received a Milk Nursingwear item as a gift. How do I make an exchange?
Print out a copy of our return/exchange form found on our easy returns and exchanges page and fill it out in its entirety. (If you are unable to find your order number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the name or email address of the gift giver so that we can locate it for you). Be sure to mark the box on the return/exchange form noting that the item was a gift. You can choose to return it for either a store credit issued to you, or an exchange. If the item you are exchanging it for costs more than what the original purchaser paid, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the price difference. If it costs less, we will issue the price difference as a store credit.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free US ground shipping on all orders over $129. For orders under $129, check our shipping information page for rates.
If I have to return or exchange something in my order, will you pay my return shipping fees?
Unfortunately we are not able to pay for you to ship your returns or exchanges back to us. If you request an exchange, we will gladly send the NEW item out to you free of shipping charges. See our easy returns & exchanges page for more information.
What do I do if I find that an item that I ordered has a defect?
Please contact us via phone (1-888-344-6455) or email email@example.com as soon as possible but within 60 days of purchase if there is a problem with something that you ordered. We regret that we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges of any kind after 60 days. When emailing us, please attach photos of the defect.
How should I care for my Milk Nursingwear nursing tops, nursing dresses and nursing sleepwear?
We recommend that you wash all Milk Nursingwear garments in cold water, gentle cycle. For best results either hang dry your garments or put them in the dryer on low heat. Drying them on high heat can cause the fibers to pill. Be sure never to wash Milk Nursingwear with sharp objects like zippers or abrasive surfaces like velcro. These items will damage our clothing, and most others that are similar. Pilling is an issue that happens to most fabrics, over time. We suggest reading this article, "What Causes Fabric Pilling," to avoid this issue with all your clothing.
Do your nursing tops and dresses come with built-in bras?
Our nursing fashions do not have built-in bras. Our nursing tops, nursing dresses and nursing sleepwear are meant to be worn with a nursing bra.
How do you suggest getting breastmilk or spit up stains out of my Milk Nursingwear nursing tops, dresses, or sleepwear?
We suggest the following method for removing breastmilk or spit up stains:
Soak the garment in plain water for about 30 minutes. Then add an enzyme cleaner such as Wisk, Era Plus, or Biz. The enzymes in the detergent will attach the stain, literally breaking down and digesting the proteins in the milk. If traces of the stain remain, apply an all-purpose stain remover such as Shout or Spray 'n Wash, and then launder as usual.
If the stain is already set into the garment, we suggest you try OxiClean™ Baby Stain Remover. The key is to pretreat before washing. After letting the pretreated stain sit according to the directions (but no longer because you don't want to ruin the fabric), wash the top as directed.
