Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchases from Milk Nursingwear! If you wish to return an item, simply mail it back to us in its original packaging with tags attached within 60 days of purchase for a refund. No return authorization is required. Please include the completed return / exchange form that came in your order. If you need another copy of the form, please click here. Returned items must be in clean, unworn and brand new condition.
We will credit your original method of payment. We regret that we cannot return your original shipping fees and you must pay to ship the item back to us. Allow up to 14 days from the time your return is received for us to process your refund. Items marked "final sale" on the website at time as purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, brand new, clean condition with tags attached, and if possible, in the original packaging.
- If you have a problem with an item you ordered, you must contact us about sending it back within the 60 day return window. We regret that we cannot accept returns for any reason after 60 days.
- We recommend shipping your return via a trackable method. Without proof of delivery, we cannot assist if a return is lost in route.
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase.
- We will process and refund your payment method within 14 days of receipt.
- Items marked "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. All items whose price ends in $.95 are final sale, and are marked as such on the website.
If we receive a return after the 60-day period we will contact the customer to ask if they would like the item shipped back to them at their expense, or donated to a Toledo-area women's shelter.
If you wish to exchange an item(s) that you purchased for a different size or style, we will be happy to send the new item(s) out to you FREE of additional shipping charge, within the U.S. only. You must pay to ship the item(s) back to us and we regret that we are not able to refund your original shipping charge. Please complete the return/exchange form and include it in your package, indicating what items you would like in exchange. If you are requesting a different style in exchange, the current online price for that item will be charged. We cannot honor expired sale pricing. If you are requesting an even exchange, we do not price adjust if the current price is now lower than the original price paid. Please allow up to 5 days from the time your exchange is received to process it and ship out your new item(s). If you need your item sooner, please indicate so on the return form, and we will do our best!
International customers please note that we are not able to ship out your exchanges free of shipping charge. International customers will be charged shipping to send out your exchange.
